Morning/Afternoon: Arrival & Check-in

• 10:00 AM onwards: Resort check-in begins
• Welcome refreshments featuring Indore's famous poha-jalebi
• Hospitality lounge for early arrivals
• Recreation options for early arrivals:
• Resort amenities (swimming, spa, games)
• Informal meetups at designated zones by branch/departments

Afternoon: Lunch

• Buffet at the resort’s restaurant featuring Indian and international cuisines. Free time for families to relax and settle in.

Evening: Grand Welcome Ceremony (6:00 PM - 10:00 PM)

• Venue: Resort Grand Ballroom or Lawn

Activities:

• Welcome address and fellowship
• Presentation on screen: old pictures/videos of college days
• "Batch Wars" - friendly competitions (ice breaking)
• Interactive timeline wall for alumni to mark their journey
• Recognition of notable alumni achievements
• "Then & Now" photo booth with college memorabilia
• Dinner: Gala buffet featuring Malwa region specialties
• Entertainment: Soft live music by local artists

Morning: Campus Visit (10:00 AM - 1:00 PM)

• Breakfast (8:00 AM – 9:30 AM): Buffet-style breakfast at the resort
• Transport: Cars/Buses depart from resort at 9:30 AM
• Campus Activities:
• Meeting with current Director and faculty
• Interactive session with retired professors (special invitees)
• Department-wise tours guided by current students
• Tree planting ceremony: "Legacy Grove" by the alumni
• Group photo session in front of the main college building
• Lunch at the college canteen (revamped menu with nostalgic items) Afternoon: Family Activities (2:30 PM - 5:30 PM) - Optional
• Option A: City tour of Indore's landmarks (Rajwada Palace, Lal Bagh Palace, 56 Dukan)
• Option B: Resort Activities (Family fun games and competitions, Pool party with DJ)

  Evening: Cultural Night (7:00 PM - 11:00 PM)

• Theme: "Colors of India" celebrating diversity Activities:
• Cultural performances by alumni and families
• Award ceremony for "Distinguished Alumni" (optional)
• Interactive group games recalling college memories
• Fun games and contests (e.g., best-dressed couple, karaoke challenge).
• Dinner: Multi-cuisine buffet with live cooking stations
• Entertainment: Professional dance performance followed by DJ night

Morning: Outdoor Picnic (8:00 AM - 2:00 PM) - Optional

• Breakfast (8:30 AM – 9:30 AM): Breakfast on the way to venue
• Venue: Scenic Location near Indore - e.g., Patalpani Waterfall or Choral Dam
• Transport: Buses/Cars depart from resort at 8:30 AM
